Those who qualify to enjoy these offer are MTN customers that have not performed any rechargeable activity between 30 to 180 days.What this means is that you will have to leave your SIM idle without recharging it for at least 30 days to be eligible for MTN welcome back.
You might also be aware that subscribers also get to enjoy special data plans like the MTN 1GB for N200. To get the recharge bonus requires that your sim remain idle for at least 30 days but for the special data plan you have to make sure you do not perform any data activity between 60 - 180 days.
