Despite regularly praying for the sick, Isaac himself battled heart attacks, diabetes, and high blood pressure. His struggle also included obesity and surviving multiple heart attacks, leaving his doctors astonished at his resilience.

In his own words, Isaac mentioned, "I have been through experiences that I haven't shared yet, but you will read about them someday. When you face challenges, rejoice, for there is a unique healing grace that often comes from overcoming personal struggles."

Isaac emphasized the profound compassion and understanding that come from experiencing such trials, saying, "There is a depth of empathy that can only be understood through personal suffering, a compassion that is not humanly possible but is granted by the Holy Spirit."

Despite his health challenges, Isaac continued to minister to the sick, experiencing a deepened sense of divine revelation and healing power. This transformation led to the launch of his own ministry, the Isaac Oyedepo Evangelistic Ministry, on November 28, through which he has conducted impactful crusades both in Nigeria and internationally.

Isaac's story serves as a testament to the power of faith and resilience in the face of adversity, inspiring many with his journey from illness to healing and ministry.
